Kai credit returns

We will start to refund credits for Kai responses:

• that did not use any query tools

• that used query tools, but failed to find any meaningful result (0 count, 100% unknown breakdown, empty charts etc.)

• needed further clarification (commonly “Which event would you like to analyze”)

Once this change is deployed, we will backfill old conversations (we only stores minimal info to process credit refunds: # of tools used, # of tool responses that returned meaningful result, if further clarification is requested). Any Kai query after Jan 11 2025 will receive credit refund for eligible messages once this update is live.
